We would like to let you all know about the new spay/neuter assistance program we are starting for March! The Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia have been awarded a $50,000 grant from the Peterman Foundation to provide free spaying and neutering services as well as a rabies vaccine for cats and dogs whose owners can’t afford these procedures. In order to qualify for this program the applicant must meet all requirements below:

🐾 Must be a Wetzel County Resident
🐾 Have a valid Form of photo ID
🐾 Have an active WV Food Stamp Card or an active WV Medicaid card. If neither of these apply a proof of household income is required.
